yoga for beginners postThese classes are at a private yoga practice space.  Please e-mail (alligatoryoga@gmail.com) or call (949-903-5076) for address and to reserve your spot.  No more than 8 students will be in each yoga class (no such limits for meditation class), so you get individualized attention and we offer modifications for each pose so it fits your body.  Only six students for Restorative Yoga or Yin Yoga classes, due to the use of props.  Average class size is four students.  Mats and props are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.  See more helpful tips here.

All classes require a RSVP and are $10 with registration in the full Summer Term, or $12 a single class pass.  Please Facebook message, text, e-mail, or call to see if there is space in your preferred time slot, or check our on-line scheduling program.  Summer Term requires registration for the entire term; contact us if you would like to join after the beginning dates to see if there is room.  Payment plans are available; term tuition can be made in two installments, for half the amount of the term investment for that particular class, plus $5 per installment.

Is planning ahead difficult for you?  You can still invest by the class; the single class price is $12.  Great news!  You can now RSVP for all classes online.  Just click the link here.  All classes require 24-hour notice of cancellation.  Ready to give it a whirl?  If you just want to attend one class, RSVP here and purchase a single class pass for $12 (use in 7 days):  Buy Now Button

goal of yoga

You can do yoga, and enjoy it!

And, now, the study of yoga begins together.                                           —Yoga Sutra 1.1

*Editor’s note:  AHA Yoga does NOT teach headstand (Salamba Sirasana/Sirasana), and only incorporates half shoulder stand (Ardha Sarvangasana) for intermediate students, due to increased risks of pain, discomfort, and injury.  Benefits of yoga asana practice can be gained through safer, easier alternatives.
